Description

Only the vbi lines of the ivtv-packets are packed into the TS packets. The mandatory PES header is missing.

added branch "teletext" to the repository with first version of corrected PES header in teletext packets.
Also the (hopefully) right line offset and field parity is now set on each vbi line.

WSS and VPS lines are also copied into the teletext packet.
Everything should be all right now.
